Downtown Alive Holly Springs is looking for volunteers to serve on our committees and help at our Events! We have three committees all dedicated toward cultiavting a vibrant village district. We are looking for both 2025 committe leaders and members.
Events
Nearly every month Downtonw Alive designs activities, host events, and creates opportunities that make it easy and attractive for residents to support local businesses.
We are always in need of volunteers to help set up or close down our events as well as manage different activities at our events.

Committees

Events Committee
- Conceptualize, plan and host large and small scale events
- Connect with school and other local agencies to build the event volunteer team
- Work with musicians, entertainers, vendors and local businesses to take part in events
- Work through schedules and event logistics
- Attend events, educate public, direct people traffic, man booth
Membership & Sponsorship Committee
- Sign up residents for annual allyship
- Sell and upgrade memberships and sponsorships to prospective businesses
- Onboard new members
- Send perk packs to community allies and business members
- Track benefit usage of membership perks
- Check in and stay engaged with members on a regular basis
Government & Community Relations Committee
- Act as a liaison between DTAHS and Town of Holly Springs (Government, Cultural Center, Arts Committee, Parks & Rec, Police and Fire), Chamber of Commerce, Launch Holly Springs, Holly Springs Schools, and other community programs
- Attend Town Council meetings
- Stay informed about the design and development of the village district
- Attend local networking, community and business events
- Connect with other local Nonprofits that operate within our Village District
